Encouraging women empowerment , India's new vision

"There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women"

Jammu and Kashmir, the most beautiful state of India has now joined the list of states having women as their CM. From last seven decades, India's one Union Territory and eleven states have seen women CM.

In India , 5 states (including J&K ) have crowned women as CM . These Jayalalita{Tamil Nadu}, Mamta Banerjee{West Bengal}, Anadiben Patel{Gujarat}, Vasundhara Raje{Rajasthan}  and Mehbooba Mufti {J & K}.       

This is the perfect portrayal of India's efforts to enhance women empowerment in country.
There are various people in Kashmir who still are disappointed and want their religion women  to be the leaders.
       
But I feel their disappointment is somewhere is not apt.  India where all religions are followed and celebrated with freedom J&K is the member of this family called "INDIA", where everyone has freedom then why biased minds.
In spite of getting disappointed one should appreciate this noble effort of our country for motivating women to become equally responsible as men and become  efficient leaders.
         

Being a woman , I am glad that our country is galvanizing women citizens to walk equally  and  have equal participation in country's progress.
